Competitive Technologies, Inc. ("CTT" or "the Company") is a global provider of patent and technology transfer, sales, distribution, and licensing services. The Company is focused on matching clients' needs with commercially viable product or technology solutions within the areas of life science, digital/electronic technologies, nanotechnology, and the physical sciences. CTT's client base includes the inventors, corporations, and academic/research institutions from which the Company acquires intellectual property or to which CTT provides the rights for a novel product or technology. CTT's revenue is success-fee driven; the Company receives revenue through upfront fees, royalties, milestone payments, and shared sales agreements, and then splits this revenue with clients.
