The Company's lead product, Remune®, is an immune-based therapy (IBT) designed by Dr. Salk to induce a specific immune response in individuals already infected by HIV and boost the body's natural defense mechanisms in order to slow HIV disease progression. Remune® has been studied in over 2,000 patients and has been shown to be safe and non-toxic.
