Roadhouse Foods Inc. ("the Company") is a specialty-ethnic producer of premium Latino convenience cuisine. The cornerstone to the Company's product line is its "Original Havana Roadhouse Famous Cuban Sandwich", a cigar-shaped sandwich made the traditional Cuban way-stacking pork, ham, and swiss cheese with pickles on Cuban bread. The Cuban sandwich, similar to American staples such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and pizza, is an ethnic comfort food. In addition to its Cuban sandwich, Roadhouse Foods sells Mini Cubans (sandwiches), Arepas, Tostones, Maduros, and Empanada products (totaling nine new Stock Keeping Unit [SKUs]). The Company targets and seeks to capitalize upon the growing Latino demographic and its spending power, mainstream adoption of Latino culture, and trends driving demand for convenience and prepared foods. Roadhouse Foods' Cuban sandwiches are available in the frozen food sections of over 5,000 retail locations including Costco Wholesale Corp. (COST-NASDAQ), Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT-NYSE), BJ's Wholesale, Publix Super Markets Inc. (PUSH.OB-OTC.BB) and many other food retailers, as well as Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN-NASDAQ). The Company has headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Freeport, New York.
